Damon Provided World-class Customer Service
Dear Brennan Heating,

Damon Laird I am writing this note very late to pay specific complement to your organization and specifically to the service technician who came to our house and repaired our gas furnace. On February 13, 2019 near the end of the great snow storm in the Puget Sound area our furnace was out and I called Brennan Heating and Air. First, a real person answered the phone AND said someone would be out in about 2 hours. This was when there was still over 24″ of snow in many places including my own yard. The appointment scheduler asked the road conditions at my house and I explained that I live on a steep hill and it was passable but the driver should use their own judgment. I was informed that the technician would call when 20 minutes out and when they could assess the hill. About 2 hours went by and I got a call that the tech was on the way. About an hour later, I got a knock on the door and a technician from Brennan said “hello, where is your furnace?” I was so surprised but didn’t see a van and asked, “where is your van?” The technician said, “I couldn’t get up the hill so I walked here.” I asked where did you park and he said “at the church.” I took him to the furnace which was repaired quickly and he showed me the cause of failure. What is really incredible is not just that the tech walked here but the church is 2 MILES away!!!! He did walk all that way and there is no place to park at the bottom of the hill because it was piled up with cars. Damon, the Tech, said “I was not about to miss this appointment on such a cold day.” I am here to tell you that Damon provided world-class customer service and will be a story I tell in many circles, many times. Brennan Heating and Air will benefit from the service story Damon created. Please recognize Damon and know that he is why I will be a long time customer and refer others.
